How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a Vice President for a small business focusing on managing web and software development projects and began implementing the industry standard Capability Maturity Model (CMM) management practices, now CMMI and now with a focus on Services as well as Software
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We recognize that our people are our biggest asset and as such we have a primary focus on growing our people's technical credentials, having a learning organization while growing the company's capabilities.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our Headquarters location is in Reston, VA. We have people that work at client sites across the National Capital Region as well as other locations primarily on the east coast but we're able to support clients wherever needed

I don't have a favorite quote - there are many that I like however I do have a primary tenet for how to manage- you can accomplish many things as a team that no one individual can accomplish and that we always have a better product when inviting others to review and offer improvements to what we have already accomplished.
